To the new and improved Dimension Studios website. Don't be worried about the new look, everything is still here. Over the past year or so the DS website has gone through some major changes. First was creating a secure backend to the site. Then the frontend got remodeled as well. Now, well you guessed it, the design itself changed. We've through out the old table based design and have taken on a more fluid css based design. Many hours went into coding the design and a few headaches as well but it finally came together. So take a look around and if you find any problems please be sure to report them on the forums.

Spring Release
Posted by on Monday May 5, 2008
Spring has finally arrived and we here at Dimension Studios have been very busy so far this year. Among several CS:S client requests we have been juggling multiple other projects. Today we are pleased to announce the release of three new maps.

Fy_arpley
This map was created by Nay0r, one of Dimension Studios best level designers. The map perfectly showcases his mapping style and talent for creating fantastic atmosphere and stunning environments. Based on the Arpley Rail Bridge located in the UK, fy_arpley is sure to provide many hours of enjoyment.
Cs_siege_pcs
Created exclusively for the Tactical Gaming clan, cs_siege_pcs recreates the feel of the original Counter-Strike 1.x map but with a number of additions. Extra routes eliminate the choke points and make rescuing the hostages more realistic. The screen shots may look nice but what really makes this map is the game play.

Aldéz's Test Chamber
Up to this point Dimension Studios has worked mostly on maps for CS:S, but with the release of Orange Box, one of our members decided to try his hand at a Portal map. Dimension Studios is proud to present Aldéz's Test Chamber. In the words of the author "This is my first and only bonus map for Portal. My goal wasn't to make a challenging map, but to make a map that covers many of the basic elements of Portal. I hope you enjoy it nevertheless."
